Arizona Retriever Rescue, Inc. (AZRR) is a 501(c)(3) corporation that actively rescues and re-homes Flat-coated and Golden Retrievers in need. We may, if the need arises, answer the needs of Curly Coated Retrievers, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. We operate entirely from volunteer efforts, and are funded principally by donations and support activities. Our volunteer's dedication and commitment allows the needs of Retrievers of all ages, regardless of their medical condition or circumstances to be met.
Your membership is one way to contribute to the purpose of AZRR. Membership includes the privilege of voting in the annual election. The operational and policy decisions are vested in the Board of Directors, but members may be polled for their opinion on an issue and have the right to vote their choice for Board of Directors members and by-laws changes.
Members also receive a quarterly newsletter, all AZRR communications and invites. AZRR participates in many events throughout the year and each member will receive notification of these events.
